About the Role The IT&C Trainee is a fantastic career opportunity to learn on the job, with opportunities for skill development in troubleshooting, system setup, network management, and IT project assistance.
You will provide hands-on support across a range of IT&C functions, with a primary focus on delivering first-level technical support, assisting in IT asset management, and contributing to the maintenance and administration of IT systems.

The IT&C Trainee will work under the direct the broader IT&C team, gaining experience in both operational and strategic aspects of IT service delivery.
About You: Essential Year 12 High School Certificate or equivalent Current unencumbered NSW Driver's Licence.
A foundational understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and basic networking concepts.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and resolve common technical issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical staff and work collaboratively with team members.
Demonstrated ability problem solve, identify root causes, and apply practical solutions.
Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external users by addressing their IT concerns promptly and professionally.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and maintain attention to detail when working on multiple tasks or under pressure.
Capacity to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to shared goals and learning from experienced colleagues.
Strong enthusiasm for acquiring new technical skills, staying updated with emerging technologies, and adapting to evolving IT practices.
Awareness of the importance of data security, privacy, and following organisational processes related to IT&C practices.
Capacity for overnight travel.
