About your role
As the Business Systems Analyst, you'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships and create a positive digital experience. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to effectively and efficiently deliver business solutions and information technology across the organisation, playing a vital role in enhancing the delivery of products and services to our members. A key focus of the role is improving productivity, reducing operational complexities, and ensuring a return on investment. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving operational excellence by adopting quality frameworks and methodologies and contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist with the planning and organising of key business systems maintenance and project activities across the IT environment and with all IT suppliers. Follow the software life cycle, business systems configuration, software change and release management processes across all key business systems to enable continuous improvement. Deliver exceptional IT service and support to the business, mitigating and resolving IT incidents and problems in accordance with agreed service level agreements. Monitor, evaluate, and assess the IT operational controls and systems performance. Identify areas of improvement across the information technology and business systems, with a view of establishing actionable insights to drive supporting initiatives. Participate in key initiatives to transform the digital environment, automate processes, and enhance the user experience. About you
To be successful in this role, you'll need a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and outstanding communication and customer service skills. Other requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and relevant experience. Skilled in providing IT service delivery through business analysis, incident management, problem management, IT supplier management, and project management. Ability to work autonomously and collegially with the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and business units. About us
