Responsibilities: Communicate with stakeholders and users to gather business requirements and feedback, discuss optimal implementation approaches, and present the results to them after the release. Analyze users' and stakeholders' requirements and feedback to identify their needs/goals, address risks, propose KPIs and improvements. Collaborate with the development team to validate and discuss implementation approaches/architecture solutions. Document requirements in a way that is ready for development, incorporating functional and non-functional requirements, UI mockups, and business process/software design descriptions. Expected hard skills: Deep understanding of relational databases, including data structures and query writing (SQL). Deep understanding and practical application of API design principles. Relevant experience with architecture: systems integration and microservices. Relevant experience with data analysis. Representing business processes and software functionality using UML/BPMN notations. Experience in UI-prototyping and UX-design principles. Effectively conveying complex data to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong technical writing, editing, and formatting skills. Understanding of SDLC phases. Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for complex systems/domains. Expected soft skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluative skills. Ability to work independently and in conditions with limited information. Eagerness to learn and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
