It & Business Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated IT & Business Support Administrator to join our growing commercial business in Port Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with outstanding attention to detail and time management skills.
Provide high level support to the IT Support Manager and internal users.Troubleshoot IT software and hardware issues.Coordinate with the IT Service Desk to solve IT related issues.Generate monthly sales reports.Maintain data integrity of our CRM and EPR systems.Assist with uploading supplier pricelists into Microsoft Dynamics.Set up IT for new staff members.Manage office printers and supplies.Maintain IT inventory and order additional inventory as required.The successful candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP systems. They will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be system savvy with intermediate Word/Excel skills.
