Working with impressive peers & stakeholders, the internal culture is one that is 'down to earth' and openly welcoming of new ideas and innovation.Your New Role:Sitting within the Strategy & Engagement team, the IT Business Partner will have considerable influence over the direction of IT strategy and IT architecture for a portfolio of business units within the corporate head office. This position is far more diverse than pure relationship management, as this role will guide the business towards meeting the strategic IT goals of the organisation.The key tasks aligned to this role include:Participate in the IT design & architecture process, bringing a true understanding of business requirements.Review processes & systems with a continuous improvement lens to identify streamlining opportunities.Develop business cases to support the implementation of new technologies.Partner with business leaders to develop technology-driven solutions to overcome roadblocks or operational issues.Identify and engage with IT vendors & service providers, focusing on building robust and effective working relationships.Perform the role of IT ambassador for senior leadership and the exec team within your portfolio.Analyse delivered projects and prepare reports on performance, benefits realised, and ROI figures.Your Background:• Will hold an IT degree and/or a qualification in process improvement or project management (Six Sigma / PMBOK / PRINCE2 / PMP etc.).• Has a track record of owning or contributing towards the IT strategy.• You bring a high-level understanding of IT architecture and IT solution design to projects (i.e., UI/UX design).• Can demonstrate knowledge of new and emerging technologies and how they can be leveraged in a corporate capacity.• You are a proactive and concise communicator who has a proven ability to get senior leadership to lean into an initiative or conversation.• You could come from a background in Project or Change management or even a Continuous improvement or business partnering position.What's in it for You?• Circa $190k package• Located in Parramatta CBD• Hybrid WFH Policy• Brand new offices with an onsite Gym & end of trip facilities• Café & Retail precinct• Highly innovative employer - True industry leader• Sought after Industry• Well known Australian employerAll Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd
