Management (Information & Communication Technology) Key Responsibilities The IT Business Partner will act as a trusted adviser, leading operational and strategic interactions with business stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of technology services and solutions that support the achievement of business objectives. Strategic Leadership Act as the primary point of contact for IT within the business unit Foster strong relationships with senior business stakeholders Provide guidance on technology strategy and solution design Operational Excellence Ensure effective utilisation and enhancement of existing technology platforms Drive improvements in project and service delivery to achieve business outcomes Oversee the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Innovation & Development Stay updated on innovative technology trends relevant to logistics and operations Identify opportunities for competitive advantage and improved efficiency Lead initiatives to explore and implement new technology solutions Collaboration Work closely with project teams, applications, service, and architecture teams Maximise return on investment from IT solutions by collaborating with key stakeholders Support the development of project ideas and business cases Governance & Reporting Manage governance forums to update the business on IT performance and initiatives Communicate demand for IT services, including proposed technology investments and team requirements Profile Global IT experience, extensive experience in a business-facing IT role, preferably within logistics. Strong project and program management expertise.
