Our focus is on improving our business systems processes, ensuring IRT is operating at its best. This role forms a part of the team that will drive this exciting program forward.In this role you will:Apply customer-centred design principles as required throughout the system's development lifecycleDevelop key stakeholder relationships and influence alignment on improvements you identifyWork to understand and define the customer's wants, needs, and relevant requirementsLead and facilitate the collaboration activities across appropriate parties (internal and external) to understand the business requirements to progress the solution design on systems and process workDetermine operational objectives by analysing business processes; gathering information; evaluating requirements and determining solutions to meet these requirementsDeliver project outcomes against the quality measures identifiedAnalyse and use quantitative data to drive improvements in the business and across our systems and applicationsDevelop and maintain business operations protocols by writing and updating procedures, process maps, training guidesPrepare, lead, and undertake relevant systems and user acceptance testing of new system processes introducedPrepare and train employees on the new systems or system improvementsPrepare basic reports and charts by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends to support the systems work being undertakenTo Be Successful You Will HaveRelevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Information TechnologyProject Management, or similar disciplineCertification in the Business Analyst or Systems Analyst domain or willingness to obtain. E.g., BABOK, or Lean Six Sigma, Agile BAExperience in developing and implementing quality business systems related enhancements and improvementsExcellent requirements elicitation and process mapping skillsExperience working in a consumer centred environment and making demonstrated improvements to systems and processesDemonstrated ability influence organisational change by developing fit for purpose systems and processes.
