About the Role We are transforming our core business systems at IRT, this includes implementing new systems and enhancing existing systems. Our focus is on improving our business systems processes, ensuring IRT is operating at its best. This role forms a part of the team that will drive this exciting program forward. In this role you will: Apply customer-centred design principles as required throughout the system's development lifecycle Develop key stakeholder relationships and influence alignment on improvements you identify Work to understand and define the customer's wants, needs, and relevant requirements Lead and facilitate the collaboration activities across appropriate parties (internal and external) to understand the business requirements to progress the solution design on systems and process work Determine operational objectives by analysing business processes; gathering information; evaluating requirements and determining solutions to meet these requirements Deliver project outcomes against the quality measures identified Analyse and use quantitative data to drive improvements in the business and across our systems and applications Develop and maintain business operations protocols by writing and updating procedures, process maps, training guides Prepare, lead, and undertake relevant systems and user acceptance testing of new system processes introduced Prepare and train employees on the new systems or system improvements Prepare basic reports and charts by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends to support the systems work being undertaken To Be Successful You Will Have Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Information Technology Project Management, or similar discipline Certification in the Business Analyst or Systems Analyst domain or willingness to obtain. E.g., BABOK, or Lean Six Sigma, Agile BA Experience in developing and implementing quality business systems related enhancements and improvements Excellent requirements elicitation and process mapping skills Experience working in a consumer centred environment and making demonstrated improvements to systems and processes Demonstrated ability influence organisational change by developing fit for purpose systems and processes. Experience in design thinking and application of iterative methodologies for organisational improvements Experience in collaborating with specialist vendors/third parties to build improvements Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Superior verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare comprehensive professional reports Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office programs Current drivers' licence and ability to travel to all IRT locations Experience in aged care service environment would be a benefit but is not essential Benefits for You Competetive pay and more cash in your pocket (less tax) with not-for-profit salary packaging Flexible working conditions Birthday leave - relax and take a day off on us!
