We're looking for an accomplished IT Business Analyst to join our team and help transform our back office operations.
About the Role As the IT Business Analyst, you will be central to ensuring that Intelife's planned investment in back office technology meets our requirements and therefore leads to process efficiency and scalability. This new and exciting role focuses on improving our back office capabilities i.e. Finance, HR and Payroll. You will have the opportunity to apply your well-developed analysis skillset to inform and influence key technology decisions and manage implementation risk. You will work with a passionate team of people dedicated to improving outcomes for people living with disability. This role is Full-Time.
What You'll Do Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain support for Projects by building productive relationships with key stakeholders. Manage User and System Requirements: Work with key stakeholders across the business to develop SMART user and system requirements. Manage requirements throughout the Project Lifecycle. Drive Business Process Improvement: Analysis of back office business processes and development of improvement plans, develop and implement change management plans. Solution Development and Selection: Develop a roadmap for key back office systems, engage with technologists to seek advice on potential improvements using digital technologies, lead supplier and technology assessments. Transition to Operations: Develop a training program to support improvements, develop an ongoing model for process improvements and provide second level application support. Develop Business Case: Provide input into the development of the business case for technology investments. Innovate for Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends and continually look for new ways to innovate, improve, and grow our operations. Why Join Us?
