IT Business Analyst Job no: 497060 Work type: Full-time Location: Perth Categories: Information Technology The Role We're seeking a hands-on, technical candidate to assist us with the further development of our in-house Field Service Management and Reporting system and integration into the corporate application landscape.
This role will be based at our Perth Canning Vale office in Western Australia and reporting to the IT Solutions Manager.
It will offer the right candidate a variety of small and large projects to work on.
Smaller projects where you will have your chance to work independently and showcase your individual talents.
Larger projects you will work collectively as a team to complete set tasks.
Interactions with internal business users, stakeholders and the applications team will be part of your daily life, understanding the needs and requirements of users and tailoring the application to these specifications will be a key part of your role.
You'll join a flexible team with a flat hierarchy.
The role is open to applicants looking for a balance of remote work and office-based work.
Key Responsibilities: Application Support of SRG internal users Liaise with internal business users and assist the Technical Lead on business process analysis & systems design Assist in documentation of user requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria in Dev Ops Support the Technical and Functional Leads in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Other duties may be assigned to you in this position for completion as required The key things about you: You take pride in your work and understand what you deliver reflects you.

The skills we're looking for: Tertiary Education/Qualification in a Technology related discipline 3 years' technical hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst or user support of IT applications Solid working knowledge of SQL Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in business process and systems analysis.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a task.
