The Opportunity As a Senior Business Analyst position within the Dexus CRM team, you will play a vital role in the requirements gathering, process design, translating requirements into solutions and delivery of capability in Dynamics 365 CRM system for key business stakeholders across Dexus.
Oversee, facilitate, and document requirements, scope and business process for Dynamics 365 and additional reportingAnalyse business requirements, including recognising patterns and conceptualising processesAct as the liaison between business stakeholders and CRM team to translate business requirements into solutionsProvide input into design and running requirements gathering workshops with stakeholdersDevelop and execute test plans along with coordinating UATOversee deployment of solutions to production and check with end-users the solution is working as designedMonitor adoption of new solutions and identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfactionAbout You In addition to the below points, you will be a strong communicator with the proven ability to elicit information from senior stakeholders and be able to facilitate decision making amongst groups.
Degree/Diploma/Certificate in an Information Technology related courseExtensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, experience in financial services or funds management highly regardedSCRUM Master certificationPrevious experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated TestingProficiency in Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of CRM, sales funnel, case management system and marketing tools, preferably Dynamics 365Why choose Dexus?
