The Role: As an IT Business Analyst, you'll collaborate with their global IT teams and vendors to manage the backbone of our Australia-based applications and infrastructure. Spend 70% of your time supporting vital applications like Oracle Ebiz (supply chain & manufacturing) and Oracle Fusion (planning and finance). The remaining 30% of your focus will be on maintaining IT infrastructure—everything from Windows/Linux servers to networking and VMware.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support (70%): Engage with Oracle Ebiz and Oracle Fusion to define success metrics, manage requirements, and collaborate on solution design. Play a critical role in testing, vendor management, and escalation support. Infrastructure Support (30%): Oversee infrastructure needs in a 24/7 global environment, including network security, IT contract negotiations, and problem management using ITIL processes.
What We're Looking For:
Experience with Oracle Application R12, distribution, and manufacturing modules (Oracle Fusion knowledge a plus). Proficiency in Oracle SQL queries and a solid grasp of core infrastructure, networking technologies, and IT contract negotiation. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and adaptability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT or Business Analysis roles.
