Key Responsibilities: ICT Technical Support : Provide support for users of systems and applications, helping to resolve issues promptly to maintain business continuity. Systems Administration : Assist with Windows Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments, supporting system setups and maintaining critical infrastructure. Hardware and SOE Management : Prepare, install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and Standard Operating Environments (SOEs) , including the Microsoft 365 Office suite . Network Device Setup : Configure, install, and maintain network peripheral devices such as MFUs, printers, scanners, modems, Wi-Fi access points, and MS Teams soft-phones . SOE Deployment : Support hybrid SOE deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune . Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues, minimizing operational disruptions. Collaboration : Work closely with senior support teams and external suppliers to manage technical issues, including coordinating warranty incidents. Training and Documentation : Provide training and induction for new and existing users, and assist with the creation and maintenance of user documentation and self-help guides. Service Desk Management : Prioritize and resolve service desk requests, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
