The role is responsible for day-to-day IT helpdesk support and administration tasks, as well as triaging and escalating complex IT support tasks. In addition, the role will provide assistance to senior IT staff in a variety of IT matters.
ABOUT YOU The ideal person will have proven skills and experience as an IT Assistant, with excellent customer service to colleagues and other stakeholders, acting as the first point of contact for IT support calls. The successful person will be eager to learn, be great at building relationships, and have values that align with an Aboriginal Controlled Organisation.
