As an IT Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the ATO's technology strategy, while enhancing and improving the delivery of ATO services across our business portfolio, applications, systems and infrastructure platforms.
You will facilitate conversations across the ATO and with other Government agencies, service providers and intermediaries. You'll influence outcomes and ensure our infrastructure environment is robust, contemporary and will satisfy the future needs of business in a digital world. You'll contribute to providing a long-term architecture view of processes, systems and technology, enabling projects to building long lasting capabilities.
You will lead and develop teams that assess our existing technology and enterprise patterns and work closely with business partners to design new, sustainable and pragmatic technology solutions. As a part of your leadership oversight, you will apprise senior executives of the projects and enterprise solutions your teams are supporting.
In addition to supporting operational IT delivery areas, there are also roles that are more strategic in nature and support the development of architecture vision statements, enterprise roadmaps and patterns.
