About the Role We have a new position to provide timely and effective CRM, Estate Master and associated application systems solutions to ensure effective business operations whilst enhancing Ingenia's IT applications function Key Accountabilities • Administer, manage and support the CRM, Estate Master and associated applications in conjunction with internal IT resources and contracted third party suppliers • Functional User account management and support, delivering exceptional levels of customer service • Manage IT incidents and escalations when required • Manage application system enhancements/upgrades and change management function, including documenting business requirements, systems testing, and organising user acceptance testing • Facilitate requirement gathering by working closely with the business to formulate application and data solutions, including formulating and documenting functional specifications • Proactively plan and look for continual improvement in line with best practice Functional application processes and methodologies About You • Experience in managing applications, integrations and data related solutions, including SAAS and in-house solutions • Hands on experience supporting an organisation size of 300+ users • Good documentation skills and experience in user support and change management • Experience in IT best practice operational methodologies • Property experience advantageous • Qualifications in application administration, triage & technical low-code/no-code applications essential • Experience with one or more of CRM, Estate master, Smartsheet, DLP preferred Culture and Benefits In return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks...
