The School is located on 144 acres (58ha) adjoining the picturesque Oyster Harbour in Albany.The RoleThe IT and Resource Officer (Library Services) effectively and efficiently provides high-level customer services and support to students and staff in the Learning Hub.Reporting to the Head of IT and Innovation and in collaboration with the Head of Library Services, the position encompasses the digital, resource and library information services function of the school as part of IT and Resource Team.The IT and Resource Officer (Library Services) maintains systems, assists with asset management associated with books, audio visual equipment, digital subscriptions and supports students and staff with borrowing functions as part of the library helpdesk in the Learning Hub.
The position also provides IT endpoint support at the IT helpdesk as part of the Learning Hub.This is a part-time position (0.4FTE) commencing in 2025.For more information regarding the role, please refer to the Position Description link below.The PersonRelevant IT, digital, resource or library qualifications and/or relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a school environment or community organisation.
Experience using information and learning management systems and databases.
