About the role Answering Servicedesk tickets as required, ensuring they are appropriately documented and updated daily. Provide technical knowledge and acts as the first point of contact for support issues. Actively participate in organisational processes - including the development and implementation of safety systems, improvement initiatives and related training. Assist vendors/affiliations in deploying clinical equipment. Support of clinical endpoint applications involves testing, monitoring, implementation, and fault finding. Create and manage CIT's technical documentation. Skills and experience Must be an AU/NZ permanent resident or citizen. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an IT Support role. Strong communication skills (Oral, Written, Listening) and effective customer service skills. A good knowledge of Windows 10; standard application implementation and troubleshooting. Able to operate in an ever-changing, fasted paced, hands-on technical environment. Tertiary qualification in IT (desired). This is a Category B position. To be employed by Chris O'Brien Lifehouse you are required to provide evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy.
