It Administrator & Service Management - Construction

In the position of IT Administrator Infrastructure and Service Management, you will support the design and integration of new IT services, commission and manage external service providers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes using the ITIL framework.
Responsibilities: The establishment and further development of our IT infrastructure service portfolio.
Continuous improvement of processes with the help of ITSM tools such as monitoring, ticketing, and CMDB.
Sourcing and controlling of a complex, external service provider structure.
Project management in the area of service management and IT infrastructure.
The design and integration of IT infrastructure components.
Skills/Must have: Completed studies in computer science or comparable training.
Experience in the operation of IT infrastructure in data centers or cloud.
Experience in provider management in an international context.
Knowledge of common IT services, ITIL qualification, and ITSM projects.
Good analytical and conceptual skills.
Ability to work under pressure as well as a strong customer and service orientation.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Benefits: Standard.
Salary: €60,000 – €80,000.
