It Administrator & Service Management - Construction

In the position of IT Administrator Infrastructure and Service Management, you will support the design and integration of new IT services, commission and manage external service providers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes using the ITIL framework.
Responsibilities: the establishment and further development of our IT infrastructure service portfolioContinuous improvement of processes with the help of ITSM tools such as monitoring, ticketing and CMDBSourcing and controlling of a complex, external service provider structureProject management in the area of service management and IT infrastructurethe design and integration of IT infrastructure componentsSkills/Must have: Completed studies in computer science or comparable trainingExperience in the operation of IT infrastructure in data centers or cloudExperience in provider management in an international contextKnowledge of common IT services, ITIL qualification and ITSM projectsgood analytical and conceptual skillsAbility to work under pressure as well as a strong customer and service orientationVery good knowledge of German and EnglishBenefits: StandardSalary: €60,000 – €80,000
