Nowra Christian School (NSW) is expanding and as a result we are currently inviting applications from committed Christians of Protestant persuasion who are active in their local church, to join our team in 2025, in the following position:

IST/Technology Teacher Full-time or part-time Secondary Information Technology teaching position commencing Term 1, 2025. An opportunity to share your love for Jesus and have a positive impact on the lives of young students in a Christian context This role could be either full-time or part-time depending on your ability and willingness to teach across KLAs Supportive and collaborative work environment Selection Criteria A strong Christian faith and an active member of a local Protestant church An understanding and/or experience of teaching from a Christian worldview Experience and appropriate qualifications in teaching Stages 4 – 5 Information and Software Technology A willingness to teach across KLAs would be highly regardedAn ability to provide high quality explicit teaching and learning programs that leverage ICT An understanding of best-practice approaches in student assessment Excellent classroom management Well-developed interpersonal skills Mandatory Requirements Reference from current Protestant church minister Completion of the school's online application form Current NSW Working With Children Check approval number NSW Teacher Accreditation number Applications close: Monday 24 June, 2024 at 5pm How to apply: After downloading the relevant application pack.
