The Islamic College of Brisbane (ICB) is a rapidly growing school of more than 160 staff and facilities for students from Prep to Year 12 with approximately 1500 students. The community-centred College, which was established in 1995 in response to parent demand for a local faith-based school, is located on the southern outskirts of Brisbane in the suburb of Karawatha, about 20km south-east of the Brisbane CBD.

Contract Dates: 6 January 2025 until 29 August 2025
Key role responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
Reception Answer phone calls as required Assist on register student later arrival and early departure to record student attendance in the TASS system. Maintaining weekly attendance report Retrieving students from classes as required. Greet visitors and ensure they sign in as appropriate and where necessary direct these to appropriate areas within the school campus. Liaising with Primary and Secondary Student Services regarding students' activities and events whenever required. Collection and receipting of school fee and general receipts payments. Processing incoming/outgoing mail for the college whenever required. General clerical duties relating to such matters as policies, newsletters, prospectus, memos, document processing. Maintain the cleaning and tidiness of Admin office, staff room and kitchen whenever required. 2. Clerical duties
Requisitioning stock, stationery and consumables. Team support on enrolment related matters whenever required. Monitoring of photocopier, printers, facsimile machine, binding machine. Any other duties as directed by the Head of Finance & Operations and CEO. Qualification and Essential Criteria required:
QLD Blue Card Registration Pleasant, friendly and outgoing disposition Good personal presentation and excellent telephone manner Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality Well-developed computer skills in the areas of word and other associated computer software How to Apply:
