About the Role: We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our Procurement team as a Procurement Coordinator – Inbound.
Reporting to the Head of Commodities - Import & Coordination and based from our Docklands office, the Procurement Coordinator - Inbound contributes to the growth and profitability of the business by ensuring the availability of meat to support scheduled production plans and maximising customer service levels.
Another main responsibility is to manage external storage facility activities associated with meat material for Castlemaine site in a safe, compliant, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities: Replenishment management including coordinating meat requirements on a daily basis through a load plan Daily stock reconciliation between external storage facilities and SAP system, ensuring stock accuracy Working closely with Planning team to ensure that meat supply organised reflects forecast plan Working with external storage facility to ensure meat supply from external storage facilities are delivered into Castlemaine in a timely manner Manage stock variation between SAP and external storage facility, identifying and addressing root causes where necessary Work closely with outbound team to utilise freight shuttle efficiently Organise meat for testing as part of ISQMs protocol to minimise meat supply interruption into Castlemaine Administration including uploading documentation into required systems About You: Degree or equivalent (ideally in Business) desirable but not required Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP is desirable Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally Analytical skills, with high attention to detail Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change Benefits: Flexible working DON Caring Everyday – 2 volunteer days per year Purchase Additional Leave Global Career Opportunities Study Assistance Program Applications To apply for this opportunity please submit your resume and cover letter by clicking on the 'Apply' button.
