About the Role:
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality? Join us as the Front Office Manager at Isa Hotel & Red Earth Boutique Hotel in Mount Isa! In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, guiding our reception and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest has a memorable stay. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and smooth operation of our front office and housekeeping departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of receptionists and housekeepers. Hotel Banking: Perform and oversee all hotel banking activities accurately. Accommodation: Oversee the daily operations of accommodation facilities, ensuring high standards of guest service and property maintenance, while optimizing occupancy and revenue. Front Office Duties: Work at the front office reception, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism. Housekeeping Oversight: Supervise the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained. Function Coordination: Assist with inquiries and bookings for hotel functions. Administrative Support: Assist with various hotel administration tasks as needed. Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office management role or similar capacity. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Working Hours:
Full-time position with early start / early finish, approximately 6am – 2pm daily. Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. What We Offer:
