You will be an integral part of the team, reporting into the Hotel Manager. Leading the team from the front, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations and leading a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patrons.
The Successful Candidate:
Passionate about the hospitality industry Experience in a high-volume food, bar, function, gaming and retail environment. Hands-on Manager with a proven track record in Duty Management / Assistant Management roles Current RSA, RSG, CLO, RMLV & Approved Managers Licence Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised Strong leadership, training and motivational skills.
