About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to be a part of an exciting growth phase.Your main responsibilities will include:Providing a high level of customer service in the retail branchDeveloping and achieving retail sales plan budgetBuilding and developing key customer relationshipsManaging product ordering process including inventory managementIdentifying and delivering improvements to the retail sales process within the branch.About YouYou will have the following experience and key skills:Retail sales experience in the irrigation industryExperience in retail sales plan development and executionExperience in building, developing and maintaining key customer and supplier relationshipsProven experience in achieving sales and profit budget/targetsInventory management experience including stock control and orderingAbility to work in a team including effective communication skillsProficient in Word, Excel and OutlookValid Driver's License.
