Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering) IRIS is a small multi-disciplinary engineering company specialising in industrial optimisation and efficiency, offering EPC services throughout Australia.
As a Control System Engineer, you will be responsible for: Executing innovative and efficient automation projects for our diverse customer base, including Oil and Gas, Mining, Minerals, Metals, and Food and Beverage.
Supporting our national engineering teams with projects.
The perfect Applicant will: Be experienced in delivering automation projects; Have experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider PLCs; DCS experience with Honeywell or Yokogawa desirable but not essential; Have a good understanding and interest in how things work; Have the ability to solve problems; Have a curiosity about "How can we do that better?"; Not walk away from a challenge; Be a strong communicator with experience in face-to-face client communications; Enjoy being part of a close-knit team looking to do things differently; Have a high level of quality; Be committed to working safely; Enjoy the extra responsibilities that come with being in a small to medium-sized business; Main Responsibilities: Liaise with our existing clients and maintain our reputation as a "can-do" partner; Establish and build new relationships with potential clients; Be our brand ambassador on-site; Provide support to our other engineering teams around the country; Be a good person; #J-18808-Ljbffr
