POSITION: IRATA Level 2 & 3 Rope Access Technicians Construction and Remedial

We are a leading Rope Access Services company based in Sydney, NSW, specializing in high-quality construction and remedial work. Our team of professionals is expanding, and we are seeking experienced IRATA Level 2 and 3 Rope Access Technicians to join our dynamic team.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Rope Access Technician, you will play a critical role in our construction and remedial projects, utilizing your skills in rope access to ensure the safe and efficient completion of high-level tasks. You will work closely with our team of experts to plan, execute, and review access strategies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform rope access work in accordance with IRATA guidelines and company SOP's.
· Execute construction, maintenance, and remedial tasks at height with precision and efficiency.
· Inspect and maintain rope access equipment and gear.
· Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement access solutions.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Rope Access Tech's based in Australia, preferably NSW (must have working visa / no international applications).
· Fluent English is mandatory.
· IRATA Level 2 or 3 certification is mandatory.
· Minimum of 1000 hours logged for Level 1 Technicians, with 1 year of rope access experience, and trade qualifications, willing to upgrade to L-2.
· Proven experience in construction and remedial work at heights (Building Maintenance & Repairs, Rendering, Concrete Repairs, Painting, Caulking, Glazing, etc…)
· Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk assessment, familiar with IRATA ICOP.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing environments.
