This is a rare opening for a specialist to work within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts.
Description Reporting to the IR Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationships Working closely with the wider HR and Legal teams to ensure successful outcomes Providing IR & ER leadership and guidance to the local and regional stakeholder group Developing and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders Driving a collaborative and harmonious working environment Drafting and finalising formal documentation to support legislation and policy matters Interpreting all relevant modern awards, legislation, and regulations Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have: Tertiary qualification, ideally within Industrial Relations or Law Confident communication skills at all levels of seniority Prior IR / HR experience, ideally supporting a large workforce Meticulous attention to detail Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards, and regulations This role offers: Stable organisation with a great reputation Well supported and surrounded by industry experts If you're well suited to the opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
