Purpose of the Role Our rapidly growing business is seeking talented professionals to drive innovative, scalable, and sustainable organisational development initiatives.
As part of the Organisation Development & Talent teams, you'll develop strategies, tools, and frameworks to foster positive culture and capability development across a diverse workforce.

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and leading a team of four OD professionals, you'll focus on Talent Management, Strategic Learning, Cultural Change, Leadership Development, and Performance Management.
This role requires a strategic thinker adept at translating complex challenges into practical solutions, enhancing employee engagement, performance, and collaboration, and driving impactful leadership development programs.

Position Accountabilities In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovative initiatives, analyse data for strategic decisions, and embed organisational frameworks to enhance performance.
You'll need a solid background in organisational development, excellent communication skills, and a knack for challenging the status quo.
Experience in risk and change management, particularly in financial services or transformational programs, is highly desirable.
Your ability to navigate change and make a tangible impact will be key to thriving in this position.

Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related field.
10+ years in designing, developing, and evaluating OD and talent interventions for diverse workforces.
Proven expertise leading talent management strategies, including succession planning and performance management.
Advise leaders on organizational development.
Manage OD projects from planning to evaluation.
Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Use data-driven insights to assess and support decision-making.
Conduct assessments to identify improvement opportunities in structure, processes, culture, and performance.
Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching and development programs.
Passionate about organisational change; skilled in human-centered design and evidence-based thinking.
Location – Our office is conveniently based in Toowong Village shopping centre - a city fringe location with access to retail, restaurants, various parking options and public transport.
