We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Coffs Harbour NSW .
In this role, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy to manage your day, supported by a strong team of healthcare professionals. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, supporting them to achieve health and work outcomes.
Your Duties Will Include Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention programs Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and health professionals Working across various schemes such as workers compensation and employer-funded programs Assisting clients with injuries to achieve health and work outcomes Completing assessments to support treatment plans and identify suitable employment opportunities. Qualifications
You'll be a driven professional with the following qualifications:Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or eligibility for ASORC membership Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded Excellent communication skills Empathy and compassion Well-developed time management skills A current NSW Driver's License and access to a car with insurance.
