A new and exciting opportunity now available for a motivated and experienced IP Administrator to become an integral member of this well-established and highly regarded Firm based in Mulgrave.About The Role:Supporting a team of Attorneys all described as "great to work with" you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as being involved in interesting matters.Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Prepare & coordinate correspondence and documentation including patent, design and trademark filings.Manage file content and billing cycle.Schedule appointments.Liaise and correspond with clients directly.Monitor daily deadlines and update IP database.Update client contact information.Generate client matter reports.Other ad-hoc duties as directed.About you:To secure this exciting opportunity you will have at least 4 years' experience in IP in a similar administration role - Patents experience is essential.
