About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking an Invoicing Coordinator, based at our Barangaroo offices, on a contract until July 2026. The responsibilities of the role will include:
Review & approve sales orders in conjunction with customer agreements, tariff pricing schedules or other impacting informationMaintain, record and archive information in line with audit requirementsDevelop and maintain internal relationships to encourage prompt response and information turn aroundProactively looking for ways to improve processesAbout your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in an invoicing or billing role, ideally having worked on SAP. Candidates will also demonstrate:
Numeracy and analytical skillsAbility to work autonomously & to meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills – verbal and writtenBroader accounts receivable experience will be beneficialReady to apply? / How do you apply?
