About the role
GrainCorp is currently seeking an Invoicing Coordinator, based at our Barangaroo offices, on a contract until July 2026. The responsibilities of the role will include:
Review & approve sales orders in conjunction with customer agreements, tariff pricing schedules, or other impacting information.Maintain, record, and archive information in line with audit requirements.Develop and maintain internal relationships to encourage prompt response and information turnaround.Proactively look for ways to improve processes.About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in an invoicing or billing role, ideally having worked on SAP. Candidates will also demonstrate:
Numeracy and analytical skills.Ability to work autonomously & to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Broader accounts receivable experience will be beneficial.Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
