The Head Office of this established Company is based in Maitland Cape Town and are Computer Printer Specialists with a team of experienced Technicians. The Technicians are available to handle Repairs and Maintenance plus installing new printers. The Company has branches in Johannesburg, Durban and the Garden Route. Joining this Company immediately is an ideal opportunity for an Invoice Clerk who is keen on security and long-term growth.

Duties & Responsibilities Daily Invoicing of closed calls Creditors Reconciliation Updating fixed asset register Resolving queries from customers and suppliers Filing and general office administration Backup to the reception Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 with Accountancy is essential Pastel and MS Excel, Outlook and Word definitely a necessity Previous creditors reconciliation experience advantageous Attention to detail and accurate invoicing essential Good communication skills and previous experience dealing with suppliers telephonically is also essential Previous knowledge and experience handling people on the telephone Willingness to learn as required ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY IS ALSO A REQUIREMENT R7500 – R9000 depending on experience
