PRIMARY ART SPECIALIST TEACHER

COMMENCING TERM 1 2025

The Launceston Preparatory School is a non-denominational independent school with an enrolment of 150 students from Early Learning to Grade 6.

The Primary Art Specialist will be responsible for the planning, implementation and review of the Visual Arts curriculum from Grades 2-6. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to develop and deliver a DEEP rotation. DEEP (Discover and Explore Extra Potential) is an enrichment program focuses on offering a selection of practical/creative activities that are not typically of the curriculum. These activities demand creative and critical thinking skills where students practice ways of planning and reflecting in order to anticipate and manage their project outcomes.
