Invictus Services have been engaged by one of our manufacturing Business Partners, a dynamic, Australian-owned, and family-operated company that has been in operation for 25+ years.
Our business partner is a multi-national company striving to be a leading provider of pet produce innovation, dedicated to driving growth and success for their customers.
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, ambitious and results-driven Group Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth across all brands within the company.
This Group Sales Manager will be an experienced sales professional with a strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies and spearhead a high-performing sales team.
The overarching view of this role is to expand the company's entire customer base while working alongside the National Sales Manager and nurturing the relationships of the established key account portfolio.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
The development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Leading, managing, and motivating a team of sales professionals throughout Australia and New Zealand, providing them with appropriate coaching, guidance, and support on a regular basis.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, listening to their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue.
Collaborating with cross-functional business leaders, including marketing, production, transport, and customer service.
Analysing sales performances and trends, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize results.
Developing and managing sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry.
A strong sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
An inspiring communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Tertiary Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
