About The RoleThe Investor Relations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for studio investors, ensuring effective communication and management of investor-related processes. This role involves overseeing relations for a growing portfolio of studio investors, providing timely updates on operational and financial performance, and addressing any concerns.
The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure investor-owned studios achieve financial goals, maintain performance standards, and drive membership growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This role reports to the Operations Leader and includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for a growing portfolio of studio investors, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience.Liaise with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure investor-owned studios meet operational, financial, and membership performance goals.Develop and refine processes for onboarding new investors, managing inquiries, and delivering updates to maintain efficient and scalable investor relations.Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of monthly reports by working with internal departments to compile the necessary information for studio owners.Ensure investor relations processes and communication strategies can scale as more investors join and new studios are launched.Provide insights to senior leadership on investor sentiment, contributing to strategies that align investor interests with company growth and future studio openings.Perform administrative tasks as required to support investor relations and ensure smooth daily operations.To secure an interview, you should possess the following qualifications:
3+ years of experience in investor relations, franchise management, or account management, preferably within the fitness or franchising industries.Proven ability to manage multiple investors or stakeholders simultaneously.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Process-driven with the ability to develop and implement efficient workflows.Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Must be able to work Australian business hours.#J-18808-Ljbffr
