Career Opportunities: Investor Relations Co-ordinator/ Personal Assistant to GM (25128)We are seeking an Investor Relations Coordinator to provide vital administrative and operational support to Stockland's Investor Relations team.
As part of the Investor Relations function, this role contributes to the effective operation of the team through the provision of efficient administrative support of the GM, Investor Relations, and coordination of business activities.
The role contributes to the development and delivery of business initiatives in a way that enhances Stockland's reputation in the investor market.
This role will be based at our Sydney Head office on Castlereagh Street.
Key Responsibilities Diary and workflow management for the GM, Investor Relations with a focus on inbox and calendar management, travel, organisation of approvals and the provision of solid administrative support.General administration for the broader Investor Relations team such as travel and expenses.Coordinate investor engagement events, including Results briefings, Investor Days, Asset Tours, and domestic and international Investor Roadshows.Assist with the coordination of the Annual General Meeting.Monitor Stockland's investor relations email inbox and liaise with relevant stakeholders to address incoming enquiries.Manage general investor requests, including arranging asset tours and meetings with Management.Coordinate the annual Investor Relations calendar, including keeping abreast of key dates for peer companies.Collate and produce relevant information for Asset Tours such as asset profiles.Maintain Stockland's CRM system (Miraqle) by ensuring all meeting notes are entered in a timely manner.Produce briefing books for investor meetings and roadshows.Reconcile expenditure and manage expense reporting against the Investor Relations budget.Maintain files, records, and correspondence, including broker notes, for easy retrieval.Assist with the collation and preparation of investor presentations.Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, notably SAP.Foster collaboration with peers across both the CFO Group and the wider organisation.Understand the internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements that apply to the Investor Relations function and ensure performance is consistent with applicable Stockland policies and procedures.Represent Stockland in a manner that enhances the brand and Stockland's values.About You We are looking for an experienced professional who is curious and driven to work collaboratively in a team environment.
You ideally have the following attributes, skills and experience:
Previous experience in an administrative role within an ASX listed organisation.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Enterprise systems (SAP preferred).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Self-starter with the ability to take initiative.Strong ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Appropriate qualifications, industry training and/or extensive relevant experience.The Stockland Proposition At Stockland, our portfolio is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional development.
