About the role: Join our Investor Relations team and play a crucial role in fostering our investor partnerships.
This 12 to 18-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to refine your administrative expertise and grow your business knowledge.
Utilising your strong organisational skills, you will coordinate the production of key corporate events, such as the AGM, Investor days, conferences, sales desk briefings and investor and analyst meetings.
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Investor Relations team, your duties/responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Management / coordination of Investor Relations channels of communication Partnering with company Executive Assistants, aligning diaries and external meetings Facilitation of meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ownership of CRM platform, certifying investor interaction, discussions and analytics Delivery of institutional investor marketing events, including the AGM (circa Feb, Aug & Nov) This opportunity has become available due to parental leave.
Therefore, while offered as a fixed-term contract to cover this leave period for our amazing and current coordinator, as a high growth business, the potential to add value to our company more broadly beyond this is there.
