About the role This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the property investment department. You'll be responsible for investor relations, unit registry support, general administration, and marketing/event coordination. The position requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities : Assist in providing a high standard of customer services to internal and external clients. Data entry, maintenance, generating reports and running other system functions. Assist with equity raise tasks, such as preparing materials and supporting investor applications. Offer general administrative support to the team and director, including document formatting and meeting coordination. Act as the marketing champion, ensuring all materials are up to date and coordinating social media and event activities. Skills & Experience : Administration and/or customer service experience. Commercial real estate experience, desirable but not essential. Familiarity with investor relations and administrative support tasks is desirable but not essential. Computer skills : Microsoft Excel Intermediate Microsoft Word Intermediate Microsoft Outlook Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint - Intermediate InDesign Desirable but not essential What the Company Offers : Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
