About the role Partner with investment teams to establish the operating model across the private market (Property, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit) investment lifecycle.Facilitate the planning of the fund implementation process ensuring coordination across investment teams, 3rd parties and service providers.Contribute to the ongoing evolution and continuous improvement of the investment operations operating model to improve efficiencies and effectiveness and reduce operational risks.Monitor the delivery of outsourced services and track performance in accordance with service levels.Actively contribute on projects as the subject matter expert for the investment operations function including fund implementation processes and service provider capabilities.Oversee the team resources, capability and performance ensuring excellence based on regulatory standards and agreed expectations.About the candidate
Successful candidates will have:
Previous leadership experience within financial services.A strong technical knowledge of private markets and exposure to (some of) Property, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Credit assets.Excellent leadership, communication and relationship management skills.The courage and confidence to push back when addressing risk sensitive issues.A desire to embrace innovation and a critical eye when analysing current efficiencies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
