Learn more about us and what we do at // Your New Role Our Investment Operations team supports activities in fund implementation, trade operations, investment support, and oversight of middle office outsourced services.
In the role of Implementation and Solutioning Manager, you will act as the primary point of responsibility and accountability for:
The day-to-day investment operations and service delivery execution by the team. Being the central point of contact for investment teams for fund implementation. Project management planning of all fund implementation activities across the investment teams to ensure coordination and adequate resource allocation to meet deadlines. Monitoring of service delivery from outsourcing vendors contracted for key investment operations functions and analyzing performance. Short-term planning and day-to-day oversight. Driving change management activities and projects. Providing subject matter expertise to business and projects. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience: The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple. Able to integrate knowledge and experience in investment operations/middle office services management within the team operations. Have a strong understanding of OTC Derivatives, Collateral, and Regulatory projects. Project Management knowledge and project planning/coordination skills. 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role. Tertiary qualified in relevant field. Integrate and apply advanced technical knowledge and experience of: Aladdin / eFront / Matrix (Rimes) / GoldenSource. You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face.
