The role will require an ASAP start with the opportunity to transition to something more permanent. Job Description The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:Administration of corporate action documentsReconciliations asset transfers, of all trades, positions, cash, dividends, orders and stock transfers (Daily)On-boarding new accountsReconciling income tax Liaise with other departments User acceptance testing for system upgradesProcess improvement initiativesEquity transfers and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.Liaise and work closely with brokers to achieve the execution of orders for managed funds, EFT's, securities and international securities The Successful Applicant The Candidate will be/have:Relevant Tertiary Degree in Accounting or Finance Relevant experience within Investment Ops or AccountingAn individual who is keen and eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsImmediately Available or available at short notice What's on OfferCompetitive rate Immediate startWarm and Supportive team environmentGreat place to grow and kick start a career within Investment Ops
