Job Description The Investment Operations Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:
Administration of corporate action documentsReconciliations asset transfers, of all trades, positions, cash, dividends, orders and stock transfers (Daily)On-boarding new accountsReconciling income tax Liaise with other departments User acceptance testing for system upgradesProcess improvement initiativesEquity transfers and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues as they arise.Liaise and work closely with brokers to achieve the execution of orders for managed funds, EFT's, securities and international securities The Successful Applicant The Candidate will be/have:
