About the role
This position is the primary point of contact for design with external design consultants and internal stakeholders on major infrastructure projects.
The Investment Design Coordinator provides technical expertise and support to project teams, is responsible for design reviews during project design development phases, solves in-field design issues during construction, and works to ensure the design achieves key objectives and meets the needs of TAFE NSW and our customers.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Degree Qualification in Architecture or Interior Design or a related field with relevant building design management skills, knowledge and experience Extensive experience in the Building Design/Construction industry managing the complete project design process for a broad range of small and large scale projects Good understanding of the National Construction Code and NSW planning legislation Meet the focus capabilities for the role set out in the Role Description A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement) Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Adobe creative suite Data Analysis experience Our commitment to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion
