Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, with a strong understanding of global markets
Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques, along with strong analytical skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with investment research platforms are essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information concisely
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis and reporting
