Investment Associate, Infrastructure Private Equity – New York

East Partnership are delighted to be representing our client, a highly rated global infrastructure investor and asset manager, with a unique and rare opportunity for an Investment Associate to join their New York team, with full sponsorship available!
With significant capital already deployed and further fundraising in full swing, this fund is actively sourcing and executing transactions across energy, renewables, digital, social and transport infrastructure, as well as managing a diverse range of assets in their portfolio.
The Investment Associate will support senior leaders across the full deal cycle, from origination through to financial close and subsequent asset management, across core and core-plus assets. You will have responsibility for managing key workstreams (modelling, due diligence, tax, legal), preparing investment recommendations for IC and engaging with a range of advisors and management teams to drive asset performance and growth.
The successful candidate will ideally have c.3-5 years of investment banking or equity investing experience, with a successful track record of deal execution in the infrastructure sector. Strong technical and modelling skills, a proactive and creative approach to problem solving, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders - both in the fund and externally - will all be critical for this role.
