TGRC is looking for an ambitious Investment Associate to join a leading advisory firm on a hybrid basis in Sydney.
Company Overview:The Green Recruitment Company is proud to partner with a leading corporate advisory firm that specializes in M&A and financial advisory across a diverse range of sectors including Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrials. Due to their continued growth across Australia, they are looking for an Associate to join their team to support M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial analysis, including building complex financial models from scratch, valuation, and due diligence, to support M&A transactions in the renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, offering memoranda, and other client presentations.Conduct industry research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for clients.Collaborate with senior team members to execute transactions, including managing relationships with clients, buyers, and other stakeholders.Assist in the negotiation and structuring of transactions, including reviewing legal documents and coordinating with external advisors.Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, participating in meetings, and contributing to marketing initiatives.Your Profile2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or M&A.Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field - Masters of CFA certification is a plus.Experience building complex financial models from scratch.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Genuine interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, with a desire to develop deep industry expertise.
