An opportunity currently exists for a Media Investment Assistant to join our Sydney team in an entry level role to support media trading for some of Australia's most recognised brands.
The perfect candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong administration and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
What does a Media Agency do? We manage the strategy, planning and buying of media for some of the world's largest advertisers and most iconic brands. We deliver media solutions that span across all offline and online channels (television, radio, cinema, press, OOH, digital) and continents.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all media goals and strategies are delivered and executed within budget Assist Traders/Head of Trading in market research and analysis when required Develop a thorough understanding of basic media concepts, terminology, media maths, media trading and execution of key media tools/platforms Accountable for day to day account management and implementation of campaigns Support contact for client/media liaison on day to day matters Administrative services such as arrangement of meetings, preparation of WIPs, compilation of project reports Check booking confirmations and pre-times, campaign monitoring, post analysis matching and reporting under the guidance of your direct manager Media Campaign Delivery tracking (all communication channels) Monitor and manage campaigns for each client, resolving issues and negotiating compensation as required Assist the team during invoicing and reconciliation, financial administration Generate creative ideas within role accountabilities and contribute to idea generation and optimisation Minimum Skills Required: Completion of a tertiary qualification in Advertising/Business/Commerce/ Communication/ Marketing or similar and a passion for media Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong numerical skills and high attention to detail Takes initiative and is an enthusiastic learner Works effectively as part of a team Planning and organisation skills Previous Marketing/Media internship(s) experience highly regarded but not essential OMG Entry Level Recruitment Process: Application: Apply for the role to be considered in our shortlist.
